In respect to the term support, a support
contract is half of one hour at the rate given at the point of sale. If the
problem is fixed within this half hour and no more work can be carried out, then
the half hour shall be deemed as used. If a further support call is made then a
further contract will have to be bought, unless the support agent makes
confirmed arrangements by email and the support reference is held open.
The agents decision is final.
If the half hour support time runs out and a further half hour support is
required, then payment for further work must be paid for by the customer before
further work can be carried out, unless special arrangements, or support
contracts apply.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
English Law.

Privacy is an important concern for internet users, and is something DoctoRemote
takes very seriously.
What follows is an explanation of DoctoRemote‘s policy for protecting users'
personal information.
What personal
information does DoctoRemote ask users to supply, and why?
Browsing and viewing articles on DoctoRemote does not require any personal
information to be submitted from users. Nor do these functions require the
user's browser to be set to accept cookies.

Use of cookies
DoctoRemote uses cookies to track usage. For auto login a cookie is sent from our server and is stored on your computer's hard drive. Session cookies are also sent from our server to your computer and used for session management. However these cookies do not remain on your hard drive on completion of your session. Cookies are used by DoctoRemote to:
a) Enable us to
identify you without having to ask you for username and password.
b) Measure usage.
If you do not wish to accept any of these cookies or wish to be notified when a cookie is sent you can modify your browser preferences. If you refuse to accept the permanent cookie that is saved on your computer's hard drive then you will not be able to use the Auto login facility.
