You will be told by the operator which operator number to use.
You will also need your password for the software.

When you click the indicated operator icon below, you will be asked to 'run' the program when using Internet Explorer. If you use any other browser then you will have to save the file to your download folder and run it from there.

You will be asked to run the application twice (If you have Vista you will have to allow the application to run).  You will be presented with a loading icon then a login screen. You type in your password then press the OK.  Allow any firewall messages, then sit back and we do the work.

You will see some temporary desktop items which include a clock, a Stop Remote button and a Tool Box. These and the application will be removed at the end of the session. Your operator will guide you through the process.
